The Disa Pendant was borne of my fascination with geometric beadwork and its seemingly infinite possibilities. I cannot sit still in lectures, I need something to occupy my hands while I listen! So during a heavy week of Public Health and Human Rights lectures, I worked on the Disa Pendant and was thrilled by the result. It is named “Disa” after the beautiful indigenous flower which it resembles.
